MIAMI November 8, 2022 — Douglas Elliman: ARACELI VILLANUEVA has been selected for the 2022 Miami Award in the Real Estate Agent category by the Miami Award Program.
Each year, the Miami Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Miami area a great place to live, work and play.
In September 2017, during National Hispanic Heritage Month, the White House hosted a remarkable celebration that left a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by representatives from the Secret Service, Navy, Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps, who guided us with hospitality to the White House Press Conference Wing section.
There, we were greeted by the enchanting sounds of a vibrant music band, filling the air with the rich and lively rhythms of Hispanic music, Hispanich food and drinks as well. It was a stirring introduction to an event filled with cultural significance and heartfelt appreciation.
Participating in the conference led by our then-President, observing the genuine enthusiasm of children as they embraced the importance of education and their future aspirations, and the President paying tribute to Hispanic veterans—all culminated in the honor of receiving a Recognition Certificate for our involvement in the event. This experience was truly unforgettable, etching cherished memories that will endure for a lifetime.
Platinum Circle of the Most Successful Producers in the country from 2002 to 2007
Araceli has been highly recognized in the banking industry. She was part of the “Platinum Producers Circle” from 2002 to 2007, an award given to the most successful mortgage producers in the country. She personally closed more than $500 million in loans during those 5 years positioning her in the top 30 area managers in the country.
